一、基本情况：
余东，男，特任教授。主要从事脑神经网络中非平衡统计物理的研究，通过数学建模，计算机模拟的方法，去理解大脑这一复杂系统的功能组织原理。研究方向主要有：（1）脑神经网络中信号传递和整合动力学研究；（2）脑神经网络中结构-功能相互作用机制研究；（3）高阶相互作用系统中的非平衡相变。以第一作者身份在Physical Review E，PLoS Computational Biology，Nonlinear Dynamics，Chaos, Solitons and Fractals等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文11篇，总论文数30余篇，他引700余次。
